Our traditional pizza dough is hand made by us, using Italian ‘00’ flour (the finest flour you can buy). We use tomatoes from Italy and Fior di Latte mozzarella - a smooth, fresh Italian cheese with a tangy flavor and superb melting characteristics. All of our tasty toppings are prepared by us by hand, fresh each day.
Our pizzas are blast cooked at 400°C in our stone based clay oven on the van, fired with real wood. The result is pizzas that tastes fresh, original and delicious. View our Menu to choose your Sliced.
